Who delivers our Ritter Forest mats? (freight carriers)
We have an extensive fleet of trucks that do most deliveries. We can also ship by rail and barge if needed.
How quickly are bids sent?
Our bids are sent within 24 hours.
What information do I need to provide for a bid?
Please provide the following:
- Rental or Sale
- Size of mats
- Duration mats are needed (if rental)
- Start date of job
- Location of job
Can my mats be picked up by my freight forwarder?
Yes, from any one of our locations.
What type of credit cards/payments do you accept?
We accept all credit cards plus 4%.
How/when do I receive invoices?
If you are extended credit terms, you will be billed for delivery up front and them monthly for the duration of the rental.
We just ordered mats for a project. I’ve never used them before. How is the best way to maneuver them around?
Forklift is best.
Do you offer stakes and/or lifting chains with mat orders?
Our laminated mats come with lifting cables or chains. Our timber mats are notched with rod for lifting.

How do I estimate cost of delivery?
It is best to request a freight rate since freight is always changing.
Is there a rent to own option?
We do not rent to own but do take rental into consideration when determining a buyout price.
